MAIN STAGE
Friday Night, April 24th
Infectious songs created by taking unforgettable lyrics and an honest, gritty voice and placing them over addictive rhythmic grooves. Top it off with some unexpected instrumentation and tasty solos and the band will quickly have you shouting for more.

Sibling songwriters Stewart and Emily Gude come together with bass player Tom Davis and drummer Allante Piazza to form the band Radiokeys, a musical entity that flirts with traditional sounds, yet creates a unique and fresh blend of blues, folk, & Americana. Radiokeys’ sound is both triumphantly contemporary, and wonderfully familiar.

Whether it be improvising songs, crowd-surfing, or pulling audience members on stage to sing along, Thrown-Out Bones is constantly pushing the boundaries of what it means to put on an explosive show. Their jazzy style flirts with a seductive and gritty tone driven by powerhouse leading lady Liliana Urbain all from throne of her drum kit.

Making their debut at Eveningtown 2019, the Dustbowl Travelers play traditional Americana / FolkGrass style music with a bluegrassy feel. Multi-instrumentalist Tomas Enguinados plays dobro, fiddle, and mandolin. Jeremy Malson’s unique lead guitar style adds a bluesy, quick-picking flavor. Bobby Bourque sings lead and plays rhythm guitar. Frankie Bones holds down the bottom end on the upright acoustic bass. The finishing touch of three-part harmonies brings new life to old-time classics, and a new twist to modern covers and original songs.

Raised in the historic gold rush hills of Calaveras County, Grover Anderson writes stories of love, loss, and frontier mischief. Grover performs with his talented band, The Lampoliers: Josh Certo, Anthony Delaney, & Marshall Henry.

A fusion of rock, funk, blues, folk and reggae, IBW emerged from the foothills of El Dorado County in 2004, Black and White has established itself as a soulful, musical powerhouse. Having played for the heaving crowd of thousands… their music has gained a substantial and loyal following. IBW delivers high energy performances, playing a large variety of music, including originals and covers… and their energy is shared with the entire crowd. It is an experience, like no other.

With him, packing the punch, is his brother JKrey on drums. It’s time to be bold. Don’t fear the frequency.

Drawing upon the bluesy roots of America’s storied soundtrack, The F Street Stompers breath new life into turn of the century tunes. The syncopated rhythms and high-energy jigs of early 1900s ragtime are blended with classic upbeat toe-tappers recycled throughout the decades into a potent musical potion. Add a pinch of bluegrass, a dash of country, and a smidgen of gypsy for flavor, and you’ve got yourself one helluva cocktail that is guaranteed to put a pep in your step!

When I was very young, I realized girls liked guys who played guitars. So I became a geek with glasses who played guitar. This was the first in what turned out to be a long series of romantic miscalculations which continue to this very day. I started out with folk songs, then rock and roll, country, bluegrass, swing, and jazz. Through all this, I am still a geek wearing glasses. David Lehrer.
